  Wow Manuel Vallejo from Kirman was awesome. He arrived exactly on time with only one day notice. Knocked out the job in 5 mins and was a perfect communicator. I thought service was dead in California… not so when working with Manuel. So pleasantly surprised at how easy he made the Backflow testing! Thank you! Phil
