- VHVirginia HoganSep 1, 20251.0Tried to get a prescription filled for 3 days checked with them each day and they never got it filled for me so I canceled the order and went right over to Wal-Mart and within an hour they had my prescription filled. A total waste of my time. Will never deal with Kinney drug stores ever again.

The service of the people at the desk are really nice people but they're always seems to be a problem when I need to get my medicine. They never have it filled or it takes too long to get it filled and this is medicine that I need it is lifelong medicine that I have to take. If I don't take this medicine something bad could happen to me and yet every time I go into the store they end up saying oh there's a problem. Yet again the people are just doing their jobs and I understand it but how come every time when I go into the store there's always an issue with my medicine.
