- JCJean ConleyOct 6, 20251.0Not for the 1st time I went to pick up my grandson's medication IT was ordered Friday. This was Monday at 430pm. I was told they had not started it and it would be another 30 mins to get it ready. REALLY 3 DAYS AND IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN WORKED ON. UNACCEPTABLE

Neither the clerk nor the pharmacist were rude about the situation and they were both super & extra helpful regarding the prescription and how to use it. Great customer care. Love to see it, keep it up.

On the good side another senior pharmacy representative was friendly and knowledgeable. There was also another person who helped me find another item in the store quickly.
