  Centurion property is so blessed to have an amazing manager like Aleksandra she is such a nice person. I lack words to explain her personality. she is welcoming she is kind you can name the rest I haven't met someone like her in a very long time .I would like to encourage her to keep being good because her good heart will definitely be rewarded someday.

  At the height of this pandemic, my wife and I moved for our own safety. During our search, we were unable to find apartments or condos that were of the same quality, safety, community and price (we search all of Waterloo and Kitchener). The pros of this place outweigh the cons any day. But the best thing about living at Kingswood (specifically the newest building) is the location. See below: - Fibre Op Internet - In-suite laundry - Good finishes (everything looks modern and works well) - Under the carpet you have soak resistant finish so you dont need to worry about spills - Entire property is pet friendly with poop bags outfitted throughout the property for your convenience while you walk your dog - McLennan Park is 5 minutes away, you can walk there (of leash dog park, toboggan hill, soccer fields and etc.) - Great party room and a small user friendly gym within the building - Great staff who live on-site so they can attend to your issues right away Some cons: - No garbage shoot on floors - Visitors parking can sometimes cause you issues during major holidays - Road noise (the building is beside Homer Watson, so it is busy all times of the day with 18 wheelers using air brakes) - Pet friendliness can be a downfall as well because some owners don't pick up after their pets or rarely keep their pets of leash (this is pretty common everywhere) - Parking for 2 cars can be a problem but not a deal breaker as the staff will work something out for you Overall I recommend this place 150% to anyone who is thinking about moving. Affordability is good and the experience is very calming and assuring.
