  If I can give this firm 0 stars I would. Big mistake by hiring Tim. Let me start by saying he is very rude and so is his staff! They also do not disclose important information and later on hit you with fees I never knew about. Here is my story. When I first hired him he told me to give him an estimate of my debt and I did he put that number in the contract and charged me. Later on when they pulled my credit report it turns out I had more debt and was charged another payment for having more debt. I found out later that’s a very unethical way to run business, he was supposed to pull my credit report first from the beginning and then gave me a price for his services. Once bankruptcy was filed I got a call from my insurance broker regarding a letter she received that I owed her money, which I didn’t. I tried to get to the bottom of it and called the office, but they were very rude and didn’t help me. At first staff told me that if she received a letter was because I gave them a bill that I owe her money which I explained that she’s just a broker I don’t owe her any money I might owe the insurance company money, but not her. I asked staff to go over the bills with me and they did not help me. they said I would have to come in person which I wasn’t in town at the time so I wasn’t able to go into the office very dismissive. After my hearing with the trustee, I get a phone call from this firm saying that if I want to keep the car, I need to pay a $250 fee for a reassurance contract. I was highly upset that they keep coming up with fee fees and fee fees after fee fees and catching me blindsided so I expressed to them that they should’ve been warned from the beginning because I did let them know multiple times I would like to keep my car during this Bankruptcy process.. someone could’ve mentioned to me that there was a possibility I would be charged a fee for a reassurance contract, which was never told to me disclosed no information was ever given to me. They did not give me any other options. They said if I want to keep my car, I have to pay the fee. I asked to get transferred to Tim to explain to him how frustrated I am. Once I got on the phone with him after 30 seconds he cut me off and said “how can I help you all you’re doing is complaining”, he didn’t care about his client at all and then later proceeded to tell me he was filing a motion to withdraw. Spoke to other attorneys regarding the situation and they actually gave me peace of mind. They even went over the pros and cons of the reassurance contract. I wish I would’ve hired them instead of this office. At the end, it turns out I didn’t have to pay the $250 fee for the reinsurance contract like this office was trying to make me do. Please do not hire this law firm they are horrible. They don’t care about you and they treat you bad.

  I saw his review for the Doctor Kava, wow surprise me to read such negative review, this happen to me that same we did an appointment to see you in your office 3 weeks before and when we came very rude staff like Mr Kingcade, first we waiting 1 hour before see the lawyer first a staff came and starting making question and we said we like to see the lawyer and discussing with him, so his staff stand up and 10 minutes later came back and said that the lawyer Kingcade ask to leave the place and look for another lawyer. So Mr Kingcade do not write bad review when you are not better, and me I never wrote a review when you ask to leave so now I hope other. people can read this review.
