  I’ve absolutely loved living at King West One Apartments here in Billings. While the property itself is older, you’d never know it once you step inside one of the upgraded homes — my unit feels like a brand new apartment! The subtle updates are, clean, and well done, that really make the space feel fresh and comfortable. One of the biggest perks is having an attached garage — it’s a rare find at this price point and adds so much convenience, especially during the winter months. The whole property is quiet and well-maintained, and you can tell management takes real pride in keeping everything running smoothly. No, there aren’t flashy amenities like a gym or pool, but what you get instead is a peaceful, private, and spacious place to live in a great part of town. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise. If you’re looking for a clean, updated, and comfortable apartment with great management and a garage included, I highly recommend King West One. It’s a hidden gem in Billings.

  We have lived in several apartments, and this by far is the best experience we have ever had. Aly and Ashley are absolutely fantastic! They seriously go above and beyond. Very very happy with our experience here, and can't wait to move in!

  I lived at King West One Apartments for 6 months and overall had a positive experience. The apartment itself was spacious and reasonably priced, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable—great for anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. While the move-out process was a bit frustrating and initially not well-handled, I was impressed when the new management stepped in to help. Even though I had moved out five months prior, they responded quickly and resolved the issue in just one day. That level of follow-through really stood out and showed a commitment to resident satisfaction, even after tenancy ends. Would recommend this complex to others, especially with the improved management in place!
