  The units and the property is well maintained and very clean. The units are brand new. They have pest control monthly and cameras and lighting throughout the property so safety is never a concern when coming to pick up or drop off items. The prices are competitive as well. Ask for Dale, he is a sweetheart and was very helpful when I got my unit. He is always willing to help!!!!

  Dale was very kind and professional. He showed me multiple units that my sister and I were interested in without issues. He explained the rules to me and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He even helped me purchase and showed me how to use my new lock since I had forgotten my own. Very kind and helpful, would 100% recommend😊

  Dale Migett at the Camden DE location ( 77 King Blvd) was amazing, super polite, very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all questions I had, laymen’s terms, so I could understand lol. I chose this company because it had really great ratings and affordable prices. Thank you all for what you do. 5 stars across the board.

  We ended our contract early with King Storage because we felt targeted and harassed by the on-site manager, Dale. When we signed up, Julia checked us in and she was very nice. We specifically asked her if there were any special rules we should know about, and she told us only the obvious ones. We had no issues with her at all. We don’t have a building yet, so we sometimes used the unit as a meeting spot for our three businesses — never longer than two hours. Despite this, Dale repeatedly confronted us. First, he told us the door needed to stay open. The next time, when it was open but not all the way, he still questioned us about what we were doing and said we couldn’t “linger.” He implied we were living there or doing something shady — even though our cars were never there overnight and the cameras clearly showed it was just the two of us. He even questioned if other people were coming in, when the cameras would prove otherwise. The last straw was when he called while we were clearing out to say we couldn’t leave trash behind and had to remove it or face a fine. While we understand the no-dumping rule, the way it was handled just felt like one more example of us being singled out. After so many little run-ins, it became clear we weren’t welcome, so we packed up and left before the month was over. We expected professionalism and fair treatment, but instead we felt accused and uncomfortable the whole time. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend King Storage. P.S. Just to clarify we were not living there nor using it as a workspace. We clearly specified to the owner that we would have conversations about our ministry or talk about what cleaning supplies we needed for our next job since we are running three businesses.
