  Kings Greenhouse is probably the best nursery I’ve ever been to. I’m in the process of incrementally reviving all of my house plants and building my first herb container garden, and every single person I’ve worked with has gone above and beyond to educate and guide me through the process. Huge shout out to Hannah who is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and absolutely lovely to work with 🤍

  Be careful of their policy that says they will replace your plant/tree if it dies within a year, as long as you use their soil. It seems like a great option, but unfortunately when you actually try to ask for a replacement with photographic evidence of the dead plant, they really make it difficult. I emailed with no response, and also had to call twice over two months, and each time was told to wait. Eventually after getting nowhere, I went in person to find that my name wasn’t even on the list for a replacement order. There is a lady there with blonde hair who is very rude. She is defensive and made it seem like it was all my fault. She accused us of not watering the tree enough, which was not the case, as the other shrubs we planted at the same time and in the same area all have flourished. Very abrasive and unfriendly for a front-of-house employee. I usually have had such pleasant experiences there, but am indeed hesitant to return.

  I recently went to Kings Greenhouse to find items to build out a new flower bed. I was helped by a wonderful young lady named Lastell. I described to her the area that I would be planting in and that had a mixture of sun but more shade. She showed me a wide variety of plants that would work. Many that I would never have thought of. She made the whole process a pleasure. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. I would highly recommend Kings Greenhouse would ask for Lastell.

  Good local plant shop. Good selection of indoor, outdoor, annuals, perennials, bushes, trees. All the things needed for plants. Super friendly.
