  Don't buy anything from King Pumps, Inc. without checking their return policy etc. My husband bought some connections that they did say would fix our pump. They did not fit so he was going to return them. NO WAY, the man on the phone said my husband must be on welfare to be concerned with a $26 return. Also said it would cost $15 restocking fee, return shipping charge would be $26 so he should just keep the connections. The man was so belligerent and so unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all.

  Sold me one of their brand pumps, even though that wasn't the model and brand I showed them when I went to purchase the pump. It hasn't been a year since we've had the pump. I have had two certified plumbers examine and test the pump. Both say it's not working but when my mom took it to them, they somehow put it on a machine and says it works. I think because she was an older woman they just showed her some type of illusion and said it was still working. I'm sure it's still under some type of warranty and could be replaced.
