- JSJohn SmittyJul 4, 20251.0I terminated Frisch for dereliction of duty. The more I find out the more justified my decision is. He couldn’t answer simple questions and left action items open for over a year. If you want a train wreck, this is your guy.

But when the receiver virtually abolished our hoa against the court order he. told us he could not represent us to get receiver to follow stipulations because it would be conflict of interest ???????????
- KFKelly FeldmanMay 13, 20203.0Well I must say that I am certain the parents are very proud of the fact that they paid hundreds of thousands for a law degree, and instead of doing something righteous and noble, such as defending the helpless against injustice or even prosecuting heinous criminals. Their sons and/or daughters decided that their chosen field of excellence,experience and expertise would be filing papers to obtain judgements against well meaning persons who found themselves in an untenable situation due to series of events that were devastating and despite their best efforts and intentions found themselves in a predicament that took a moment longer than expected to recover and rectify. Now I understand there is a need for these types of services and SOMETIMES they go against nasty people who don't have the best of intentions and are just rotten to the core. But even then, I don't think I would be proud of myself if I had a law degree and found satisfaction in this field. BUT,...that's just me and my opinion.
