  Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time for my first appointment. I set second appointment for early in the morning and still was 45 minutes late being called. No apologies, just "yes, we get busy." Tried to call on two different occasions to follow up on returning my cardiac monitoring equipment. No one answered the phone, although it was inside office hours. They might be skilled physicians (although I only got to see an NP), but their patient interaction and communication is poor at best.

  Was referred here by internal med physician due to bad numbers from checkup. I have been there twice, my initial visit and then a follow up stress test. Have never seen Dr. King and saw NP for no more than 10 minutes. Received a call two days ago instructing me to call office for stress test results. So I call the office and you are required to leave a message for the nurse, so I do so. No response that day so call again this morning and have yet to hear from ANYONE there. Completed the "Contact Us" form online requesting my results and have heard nothing. Service and patient follow up has to be the lousiest I have ever experienced at any Dr office I have been to. No option other than to leave a message when calling the office. If I am ever able to get my results, I guess I will take them to someone else. I would find somewhere else to go if at all possible. Especially if you are expecting to receive any type of follow up information.
