  Bought my home thru Kim 31 years ago and just sold it thru her. Both times super effort on my behalf. Kim's always personable, diligent, professional. Availability a special strong suit. I could always reach her-morning, afternoon, evening, 7 days a week. She patiently and thoroughly led me thru the intricacies of the buy/sell closing processes. Kim Cripps is active in civic affairs, and Havre's premier, longest-serving realtor.

  I met Kim a year ago when I came to Chinook to visit a lifelong friend. She showed me a house. I had to return home. Kim kept in close contact when homes came on the market. I was able to sell my existing home and move over while I stayed with friend .Kim was in contact daily until we finally found my perfect new home. Kim is no longer my realtor. . . she is now my FRIEND! I have nothing but good things to say about Kim. If you are looking to sell or buy give Kim a call! Her experience is priceless. She doesn't quit until you are satisfied and moved into your new home.

  Kim Cripps at Havre Hi-Line Realty is great to work with. She went out of her way for us and in the beginning I was being difficult but after I figured out exactly how she was helping us. It became so easy with her and she got our family into a house at a reasonable price and made sure we were happy. Now she checks in and tells us what is happening in the community and keeps us up to date. You don’t just get a realtor you get a great friend too!

  Kim loves her community and the people in it. I moved out of state, decided to sale my house to a family friend. She made the process so quick and easy. She took care of everything. She definitely does what she does out of selflessness. Greatly appreciated.
