- JDJisun DeLeon4 days ago1.0Charged more than what they posted for caramel apples. They were not able to adjust the price but just lying that it is extra tax charged, which is not true as there were added 10 percent DC tax. Attempted to get a refund and cancel the transaction but they weren’t able to do so. They said their machine is old. Very unpleasant experience, not recommend this place as customer service is horrible.

I don't know her name because i'm terrible with names.But she was working the afternoon shift on sunday, september twenty eighth at the wharf location. She is an asset to your company and humanity as a whole.
- YWYolanda WayneSep 28, 20255.0Must visit sweets store!!! I love this place. Kilwins makes the some of the most INCREDIBLE CHOCOLATE TREATS I’ve ever had. I was helped by Lorraine, the manager. Her customer service skills are the best. Not only did she patiently help me select several treats, she provided samples for me to taste to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She is very gracious and super friendly. Great customer service skills are rare in today’s society, but Lorraine has mastered them. My personal favorite are the mouthwatering pecan clusters (better than Disneyland). They melt in your mouth. Whenever I come to DC, Kilwins is at the top of my list to visit!! I will definitely be taking some Kilwins back to California.
