When our server couldn't find our favorite flavor in the freezer-Sea Salk Caramel in the Chocolate Style-Caitlyn walked in and seconds later walked out with a large tub of ice-cream in her arms. She scooped our ice-creams and made our shake and Caitlyn was just phenomenal, SO patient with my grandson, asking what superhero he would be when he got his favorite - Superman - and you could really tell what a sweet soul she is. This is absolutely why we choose Kilwins over any other icecream spot, the staff makes us feel so welcome. Thank you again to Caitlyn and Diyora! This location also serves ice-cream sodas the RIGHT way.
