  The real dairy ice cream beats Graeter's. The PB was really rich and creamy, "gummy" in the most positive way. Service was great. Looking forward to its flavored hot chocolate and its fudge.

  Ice cream is always a delightful treat, but unfortunately, my experience with the night shift employee was less than ideal. There was no greeting, and she seemed preoccupied. Eventually, she inquired if I was ready to order, and when I requested a sample, she appeared displeased. I then asked if I could have a combination of two flavors in a single serving, and she simply declined. I proceeded to order my two small cups and quickly departed, naturally without leaving a tip, as I felt quite unwelcome. While I may be overly sensitive, I am accustomed to the exceptionally friendly service provided by the Indianapolis staff. I intend to visit another Chicago location to determine if this was merely an isolated incident cause I really like this brand.

  Kilwins Ice Cream is always a great treat… found this while walking around Chicago, although Google Maps was a bit off in terms of exact entrance location…!!!
