Reggie, the extraordinaire, handled every customer with such patience and kindness. He interacted with every customer with a smile on his face and gave each person his undivided attention. For him being the only person working, I was very impressed!!! I would have been a stressed wreck with that long of a line and absolutely no help. But Reggie? Cool as a cucumber and eager to help.

- MLMark LimbrunerSep 25, 20251.0Not happy at all, ordered a single scoop waffle cone late in the evening, not sure what the deal is but cone was dripping ice creme all over my hand and me before even leaving the store! Went back for more napkins, (They are not out on the counter) the clerk finally asked what I needed and handed me a wad of them from behind the counter. I mean they're napkins not GOLD! Wife ordered a regular cup of ice creme instead was given a small cup when she asked about it the clerk just kept packing in more soft runny ice creme. Not sure if staff is overworked or freezers aren't working. Anyhow a totally unpleasant experience. Never going back.

Instead of turning us away, the staff surprised us with free ice cream cones, and it honestly made our night; especially considering it is my boyfriends birthday. That kind of kindness and generosity is rare these days, and it showed how much they value their customers. On top of that, the ice cream was absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and the perfect treat to end our evening. We’ll definitely be coming back every chance we get — not only for the fudge and ice cream, but for the amazing people who make this shop so welcoming. THANK YOU !!!!
