- HAHimali AroraAug 17, 20251.0One of the worst experience in Chicago. The staff is ultra rude. The guy on the counter was racist. We were three people and ordered two cups of ice cream worth $25. The guy refused to give us an extra spoon saying we can get one spoon per cup. He even yelled at us for no reason at all. The other staff members were laughing.

When another worker rang me up I asked for a cup of tap water and he said “we don’t have that here you can go somewhere else.” After paying $12.09 for a SINGLE scoop of ice cream with NO toppings I can’t believe I can’t even get a small cup of tap water. Go to Ben and Jerry’s which is $6 in the same building!!!!

The guy taking the order was yelling at people and doing his face as if he wouldn't understand a word... he had also badsmell and bad look... I was about to leave but my kids really wanted an icecream cone so bought it.
