Sedona was one who helped me and she’s phenomenal thanks again for the best service ever. I Will be returning here !
- RBRaymond BullockSep 24, 20255.0Exceptional Customer Service!!!!! I was walking pass the Navy Yard location today, and the General Manager Lorraine welcomed me in and provided amazing hospitality. I wasn’t looking to get ice cream today, but after trying the New Orleans Praline I was hooked. Jose showed me a few other items in the store and I left with an array of goodies. If you’re ever in the area, definitely a 10/10 and the store is simply beautiful!

The store associate who helped me was so friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even better. They were patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions. The treats are amazing(love the presentation)—I picked up a some caramel corn, chocolate-covered goodies(turtles), and peanut butter fudge, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I was even gifted a salted caramel apple :) that I have yet to try. However, You can tell they really care about quality. Between the customer service and the sweets, this is definitely my new go-to spot when I want a treat. Highly recommend stopping in!

If you’re in the mood for ice cream give the berry flavor a try. I believe it is called double berry or something like that. Lorraine is super kind and welcoming to all! 10/10 would recommend!
