I didn’t read the name of shop and came in, asked do they have croissants. And girl who works there called me “stupid people” and she told it 3 times. That’s what you should know about how do they treat their customers and about hospitality. If next time I want to buy some chocolates, I’d never come back and buy it there.

Pricing is going to kill this location. Everything looked really good but the prices are very high for the products. Pricing is also higher in store than on their website. My husband got the plain caramel apple ($9 not 7 like the website). I was going to get the classic peanut one but its was $13. Online is just a dollar more for peanuts, which is reasonable, but FOUR DOLLARS for some crushed peanuts?! Absolutely not lol My husband said it tasted fine but the ones I make are much better. I tried some and I agree. The caramel had no buttery, cooked sugar flavor that good caramel should have. It was very pale so Im not surprised but they really need to lower their prices. I would def say it was a $7 basic apple, but 9-16 for their varieties is insulting. Their chocolate boxes ranged from $20-40 so in all I dont think Im going to come back. Which is a shame because its a very cute old school looking shop that I would have frequented often. Staff was very nice so no issues there.

Came into kilwins for the first time on my birthday and it was really good. I got the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and the staff is very friendly and kind. Thank you for a great experience.

Great ice cream but insane pricing. Three of us went and it was almost $40. Single scoop should not cost as much as it does, and the menu is so tiny on the counter. They know what they are doing…

BEST chocolate ice cream I’ve had in my life and I’ve had many an ice cream… My sister had the taffy apple, Dubai chocolate truffle, chocolate turtles, and all were amazing. Would have given 5 stars if my ice cream cone hadn’t costed $13! 😬 anyway, go here for the best quality chocolate in the area!
