- PSPaul Spletzer1 day ago2.0Although it's nice to see the chocolate making process, it doesn't make the costs reasonable. The ice cream and chocolate prices are ASTRONOMICAL. The chocolate sucker pictured here was $3.99. (I guess I'm the sucker.) Do better, Kilwins.

- DPDeanna PaganoSep 30, 20255.0We enjoyed delicious ice cream cones -- even splashed out for 2 flavors each! This was our first time at headquarters in Kilwins hometown of Petoskey. We spent at least an hour watching the dedicated workers make coconut marshmallow, solid Santa's for your stocking, and one worker diligently craft the giant milk chocolate Santa -- we got a tasty treat and a story! All folks we encountered were friendly and welcoming.
