  I’ve ordered here before haven’t had a problem. Well I ordered through uber eats on Sunday Oct 19th. I normally don’t pick up the paper wrap placed in the packaging. There was dirt and fuzz in the box that the apple came in. I reached out to uber and they refused to compensate me although I couldn’t finish the apple. Absolutely disgusting. Makes me worried if it’s in every box.

  What's not to love about candy, caramel popcorn or hand packed ice-cream? They have it all and it is excellent.

  I recently had an unforgettable experience at Kilwins in Coral Springs, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by store manager Brianna. When my mom's car battery died after leaving her headlights on while making a stop to buy her favorite ice-cream, I rushed inside to ask for them not to let her car be towed because i needed to drive all the way home to get jumper cables. Brinna didn't just offer assistance - she personally provided the cables and ensured we were able to get back on the road. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. As a loyal patron of the Coral Springs location, I'm now even more committed to supporting this store. Brianna's actions have earned Kilwins a forever customer in our household, and we're deeply grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

  Ice cream was sooo tasty ! Quality definitely worth the price. Customer service was great, the young ladies working are super polite and understanding ♡ will be back for that white chocolate dipped cone with dukce de Leche ice cream. So damn yummy 😋

  A Sweet Father’s Day Treat! Visited Kilwins in Coral Springs this past Father’s Day weekend, and it was an absolute delight! The store was spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive—there were four workers behind the chocolate counter and ice cream area, all working efficiently and with great customer service. Their chocolate selection is incredible—chocolate-dipped apples, pretzels, barks, popcorn—you name it, they had it! Everything looked fresh and high quality. My kids and I tried the ice cream, and it was excellent. So many flavors to choose from, and each one we tried was delicious. This was a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. Easily a 10 out of 10. I’d recommend Kilwins over Cold Stone, Baskin-Robbins, or Cherry Smash any day. We’ll definitely be back!
