There's no good reason that Kilwins cannot fulfill such a simple request. Even when I get one flavor in the one scoop cup, they dip multiple times into the bucket anyways. It's a simple as grabbing a little from one bucket, then a little from the other. Maybe it's not a corporate policy, maybe some manager is just making up rules. Whatever the reason, Kilwins seems to be another generic big corporation, who's ego has grown as big as the company has expanded. Forgetting about basic customer service, as others have mentioned. ** There is one person who work(ed)s there. I give you 5-Stars. Thanks for being a complete diabolical corporate rebel, giving me half-half in the one scoop cup. You are amazing, you have seen through the matrix, that's why I always tip you well.
