  The kilwin's tracks are god sent. I always order two scoops whenever I am in the area lol. The price is reasonable for what you get, friendly staff, and they are fast when serving. Appreciate you!

  What happened to this place? I came in to check out the new ice cream ahead of a planned visit with my family on Sunday night. Not only was I not greeted, but I was immediately met with loud, inappropriate, and downright disgusting language coming from two younger Hispanic girls. I tried to ignore it, but the behavior was so unacceptable that I couldn’t stand to stay any longer. I left and will not be returning. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I expect better from any business that serves families.

  The best place not to have a coffee. The worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the worst part is that when I politely approached the girl to tell her that the coffee she used for the cappuccino seemed to be American coffee—when of course, I had ordered a cappuccino expecting it to be made with espresso—she simply said, “that’s how it is,” and that was it. Sometimes it’s not just about the product itself, but about the people we choose to work for us and represent our brand.

  I absolutely loved this chocolate shop! The place was spotless and so beautifully kept, which made the whole experience even sweeter. The chocolates were rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious - you can tell a lot of care goes into making them. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making it such a warm and enjoyable visit.
