  The sign says that "Chris Cann fix anything" (guess that's a joke based on his name?) but the question is, will he fix anything? I called to about an issue with my vehicle and he told me that he didn't want to do it. He said that he would have to assign one of his guys to figure out what was wrong, and then they would have to install parts that would eventually break, and what was the point? I assumed that's what service centers do. In the time since that call, there have been at least a dozen cars that have been put up for sale in front of this service center. As indicated by other reviews, they transitioned from fixing a customer's car to selling cars that they buy and fix up. So if you want to a buy a used car, here's an option. If you want your car to be serviced, you'll probably have to look elsewhere.

  Normally I don't do reviews but I have to, because good news don't travel fast. Only bad news travels fast! With that in mind, ladies, gentlemen, or whomever.... if you are looking for a mechanic that's honest, trustworthy, not money hungry, cares about their customers, and have a knowledgeable staff that knows how to fix cars, and wont rip you off, please call Chris!!!

  Highly recommended! Killian Hill Service was the THIRD service center I took my Grand Cherokee to for a brake repair. The first one said my rear calipers were bad but they were unable to find the correct replacement, so I then took it to a Jeep Dealer who told me my rear brakes were just fine even though they were clearly dragging! After much time and frustration, I took my vehicle to KHS and the real issue was identified as the pigtail brake hoses being the faulty component all along, and they were replaced same day. Expert techs work here. Excellent diagnostics and repairs at a fair price! I won't take my Jeep anywhere else in the Lilburn area. Very highly recommended vehicle repair shop!

  I’ve used them twice in the last year. Once to diagnose an issue. The second time to diagnose & replace my thermostat as well as flush the radiator. In my experience they are honest people with reasonable prices. They seem very knowledgeable & performed timely repairs. Chris is friendly & professional. It’s hard to find a mechanic to trust so I’m thankful they’re in my area.

  Chris has serviced our vehicles for several years and today's experience was no exception to his above-and-beyond service. My recently purchased "new" used Lexus had a wheel lock that I was unaware of; we were out of town, having dropped off my car, and Chris and his staff took the car to an authorized dealer, bought the appropriate lock and proceeded with the repair, saving me lots of time and effort. Thank you, Killian Service Center!
