- SSStetson ShookJan 25, 20222.0Don't order a crib and conversion rail at the same time from these guys. They'll ship the conversion rail without even having the crib in stock. I'm going on 3 weeks trying to get ahold of them to return the rail as another crib came back in stock while the one we ordered from them hadn't even shipped yet. I've been patient with COVID and delays/short staffing but after 3 weeks and radio silence they've lost my business. Edit: After finding the email response in my spam filter (non of the others were flagged which is odd) I've switched my rating to a 4 out of 5. I did call and leave a message though on the 21st so that's odd that I am being told I should've called? Maybe they missed that too? Not sure. Just my experience with this place I'm sure there are others who would disagree with me which is fine.

Antoinette was so helpful and knowledgeable of her products that we decided to purchase a new infant car seat based on her recommendation. From then on, I buy all of my LO’s gear from her. Pack n play, high chair (even one she actually didn’t carry in her store), convertible car seat and a light weight stroller! Highly highly recommend!
