Friendly staff and dentists. They help my kids to feel comfortable when they have a dentists visit, fast booking and the best part for my kids is after every visit they get to pick a Price, a sticker and a Ballon animal made by the Dentists. I really like how they work and give different options and solutions to any dental issue.

My kids love their dentist and staff there. Staff and doctor are very kind and polite and I enjoy chatting with them while they work on my kids. Dr. Htet and her assistants like telling jokes and my kids would repeat them in the car. Hygienist Kristin is awesome too .

We have been gong to kid care dental for more than a decade . My kids are now in high school. Dr. Htet is very kind and a very transparent doctor . She is very upfront about everything . My kids love her and always give her hugs. She really cares about them . It is disheartening to see what people write when things don’t go their way . Life is a struggle and kids are tough . I appreciate her for her kindness and what she does . Most importantly she treats everyone from all walks of life the same. That’s said something about her . See it for yourself and you will know what I mean about kindness .

Everything was fine until it wasn’t. My then 4 year old had flawless checkups every 6 months then suddenly at one appointment he had 7 cavities! We scheduled to get them filled. They gave him some medicine that was supposed to relax him (it didn’t). Then took him in the back and told me I had to wait in the waiting room. I didn’t question this at the time but it made me very uneasy. When he came out his face was beet red and eyes were blood shot. It was clear he had been crying. They told me they needed to hold him down with a blanket. They basically put my son in a straight jacket. It gets worse. When we got in the car he told me they said if he didn’t open his mouth he wouldn’t see me again. I hated hearing that but I also know that kids can exaggerate things so I was just hoping it wasn’t true. A month later his tooth got infected. I reluctantly brought him back and they told me that the cavity was too deep (told me they mentioned this might happen at the original appointment but I have no recollection of that). They said there was no saving the tooth and it had to come out. I scheduled the appointment then decided to cancel it m. I didn’t want to put my son through any more trauma and I truly didn’t remember them telling me this could happen. Well I ended up bringing him somewhere else and that’s when I learned it was unusual for them to have not let me in during his procedure. I also learned that ALL of the fillings still had cavities under them and that he’d need to go to Children’s hospital to have them removed, re-drilled and re-filled. They didn’t do one single tooth correctly! My poor baby now needs to go under general anesthesia for this procedure and he’s only 5 years old! I cried to our new dentist thinking I failed my son. I should’ve done more research. Did they really say those awful things to him while I was waiting anxiously in the waiting room?! What monsters! Do NOT bring your kids here!
