Terrible customer service. Terribly disappointed. Staffs are rude, unapologetic, unorganized, unprofessional, and puts their priorities to helping out customers that they want to help.
When I first walked in, I was approached by a staff, asking if I need help picking out anything. I said no because I knew what type of product I needed and continued to browse. When I got in line for checkout and was up next, I suddenly got cut in line twice because the staffs wanted to take payments from customers that accepted their help when they walked in (I’m guessing there must be some sort of commission or something? Otherwise, why cut me off and place priority on them for checkout?). After the first two people that cut me off, I finally went up to the cashier, but before I even had a chance to say anything, she goes: “is this for you?” while pointing at a specific product (not mine). I tell her it’s not. She proceeds to ignore me thereafter and looks for the customer that had picked that product out to purchase. She takes that customers payment and when I thought it must finally be my turn, another staff comes up to the till and takes their customer’s payment.
Keep in mind, there are two tills at the counter and both were doing this. I must have been waiting there for around 15 minutes just to pay (I was also refused to be given the change I want without even an apology for it, as simple as that is - it’s truly ridiculous). That’s not it. The whole time, the staff would stare at me like I was the problem.
This was only my second time there and the first time was a pleasant experience a few months ago. I didn’t do anything differently this time compared to my first time here. I’m guessing staffs have changed (as I am reading from other reviews). I will not be returning until I see changes.
I would definitely recommend better training for staffs in terms of customer service and how to interact with potential consumers.
