I can't say enough about the positive experience I had in purchasing my Sportage from Sal. He has a very laid back approach and was truly listening to my interests and needs in my new vehicle. I visited several dealerships and he was by far the easiest salesperson to work with. He was never pushy and did a great job of respecting my feedback, questions, and was just a fun guy to interact with in general. I really felt like he and Kia Country took care of me in getting me the vehicle I wanted with some extras. I would highly recommend using this dealership over Valley Kia. Even though I live near Modesto, it was worth the short trip to Manteca. Thank you, Sal!

Our salesman Sam R. was so super nice and very professional. No one crowed us, tried to rush us in anyway. They went above and beyond to get us finance. The overall experience was so great & I highly recommend Kia County in Manteca, CA.

I had a really great experience from the moment I arrived at Kia country. I was greeted by Sal and he treated me with respect and like a friend. They did everything they could to make me feel super comfortable and helped get me a deal where the numbers made sense to me.
Service Center Review
If you don’t mind having your time wasted, this is the place for you. I brought in my brand new 2026 Sportage Hybrid for an alignment check and to address bad gas mileage. When scheduling, I was assured both issues would be diagnosed.
When I arrived, I was told there’s no actual test for fuel consumption and that someone would simply drive my car to see if it pulls, then send it elsewhere for alignment (at a later date). On top of that, I had made it clear when scheduling that I’m not local and would need a loaner—they agreed, which was nice.
What bothers me most is that all of this could have been explained over the phone. Instead, I lost 2 hours of my day, and my car left with nothing resolved. To make matters worse, the “test drive” apparently takes 5 hours, meaning I’d have to waste even more time coming back to retrieve it.
Unhappy doesn’t even begin to describe this experience.
I left with my car, and it’s issues.
