The bookkeeper is extremely rude, dismissive, and acts as though the entire law firm exists under her name. She talks down to people, constantly interrupts, and speaks over others as if she knows it all yet shows no real professionalism or respect. What makes it worse is how stingy and controlling she is when it comes to money. Rather than focusing on delivering quality service or building a positive relationship with clients, she makes the process toxic and unpleasant, leaving you feeling undervalued and disrespected. On top of that, I am still waiting for my check, and every time I call to follow up, she is extremely rude and disrespectful, which only adds to the frustration of dealing with this law firm. If you’re looking for a law firm that treats its clients with fairness, courtesy, and basic human decency, I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.
