  The worst experience ..app advertising a large popcorn bucket but then only giving a small container and when you complain they say they have been told to serve in those and are aware a lot of customers are not happy because price went up but quantity went down. The fact that when you buy their large popcorn in a deal they say buy regular price for bucket and when you buy it at regular price they still serve this tiny box and tell you we will take your “feedback” full on scam and false advertising

  Anyone who gives a 5 star review for this spot definetly is friends with someone who works here because this place is garbage. 0 STARS. All around. Service is trash, made my order all wrong. This is the 3rd time. First off gave us someone elses order. One of the items we ordered was a spicy twister wrap, supposed to have 2 strips of chicken in and it had barely any chicken but more like crumbs of chicken. Owner is useless or else they would do something. Don't bother going here. Garbage staff, garbage service, penny pinching on everything and giving people nothing that they paid for. Hire a staff who actually cares about handling customers food. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would.

  I had a great experience at the KFC drive-through today thanks to Yuvraj. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item, but when I came back to fix it, Yuvraj was absolutely outstanding in his customer service. He went out of his way to make things right quickly and with a friendly attitude. It’s rare to see such genuine care and professionalism these days. Great job, Yuvraj! Keep up the excellent work — KFC is lucky to have you

  Waited 30 mins for a poutine and sandwich, was then advised they gave our food to someone else accidentally, finally got the food, it was incorrect, went it to get the correct food, asked to speak to the manager was advised there was no manager, after some back and forth and requesting a refund was advised the employee had apparently told the manager and I quote “it’s okay it’s okay I remade your food” then asked for corporate phone number since he refused to let me speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one??? Will literally never come back to this location, also the place got renovated weeks ago? But is a complete mess inside still table strewn all over the place no menu etc

  Used to be a good spot before immigration and everything got busy. Now it's rushed food and cheapened out. I ordered $30 worth of food burgers tacos and I know they try but I ask to repeat order then I ask if everything is in the bag they say yes. But they forgot coleslaw. Also this taco I got its like $6 and this is the chicken they put in it. It just looks like crap cold frozen and small quantity. I wish quality was a thing still..I will note during this drive through order was like 30 people inside. Maybe they need.more staff. I don't doubt the staff tries their best I think they're just too inundated with orders and stuff gets rushed made bad and missed.
