I mean, it's KFC, it should get at least a star.
You have to order from a kiosk. No one will tend to you.
You can't customize your order at a kiosk. I'm stuck with things I don't want at a higher price.
This will be the very last time coming here, personally.

Probably the worst experience with food i’ve ever had. just ordered and the atmosphere in the restaurant was terrible, disgusting and not clean. they took 45 minutes to make my food. they weren’t wearing gloves while making or preparing my food. the lady at the counter was on her phone the whole time not paying attention to customers. she told us that we had to wait 16 MORE minutes for the chicken…. that’s not right. i will never be coming back here.

Thought KFC is a fast food restaurant but turned out not so much.
Went in there on 10/9/2025, at 4:50pm. Waited for 25min still no food. We had to leave for an appointment so I asked for a refund. The guy in front of me was requesting a refund too, it took the lady like 10min to process the refund. I think she needs some training.
After she processed my refund, she turned to the kitchen window and said do not make XX’s order. Of course, it was not surprising that they didn’t even make my order yet.
What upsets me the most was she was so very rude, didn’t even apologize for the long wait.
I don’t know. I guess this is the new standard now.
Would not go back.
