  I ordered a two-piece chicken meal and received both pieces very small, mostly skin with almost no meat. This is not how regular customers should be treated. I tried calling the restaurant to complain, but no one answered the phone. Very disappointing and frustrating experience

  The service and the meal were fine. The floor was extremely slippery, I am guessing from the grease. Even the bathrooms. Floors need a good hot soapy wash

  Bought 4 deluxe sandwiches and received some cold sandwiches with little to no lettuce, stale cheese. They were cold, fries were cold also....the soda was horrible. I don't get it, people paying their hard earned money for 2 tiny shreds of lettuce???? Do better KFC.

  Went after university classes and received spoiled chicken with a horrible smell and items missing from my order. I’ve been severely disappointed with kfc in the past years and would highly recommend going to a different company for your food. I’m pretty sure this is the only review I’ve ever done on this website and this will also probably be my last, that’s how bad this was. If you care about your breakfast/lunch/dinner/meal, please DO NOT eat here or encourage their disgusting habits and upkeep of this franchise

  Just purchased two Tuesday special. I asked for ketchup. When I got home, I received 3 ketchups for 2 special meals that includes two pieces of chicken and fries. Not to find out that only one set cutlery was given with the meals. Thank goodness I ate this at home and not on the run. This is not the first time it has happened. Previous visits I asked for 6 ketchup for 2 two piece meals. Got to the car, checked and saw only 3 ketchup. I had to go back and ask for the additional ketchup. How much ketchup goes with two specials? Is there a minimum or maximum amount? As a customer, I thinks at least 3-4 is ok. I am so fed up. Not going back there anymore.
