  What an absolute joke. I tried the new pickle menu and it wasn’t great. Paid $40 for two meals that were greasy and soggy. I asked for no spice with both meals and the lady that took our order called me a liar when I returned my one spice sandwhich. When she asked me spicy or regular I said regular and one more of the same, so by her logic she would have made both spicy. Can’t even admit their mistakes. I remember why I never come here.

  This KFC location is a joke, very poor service, the chicken is not fresh and I rather drive to the other location on Hespeler Rd even though this location is ONLY 3 minutes away from me. This place is a disgrace!

  This location is brutal always waiting for chicken and extras if you go here expect to wait a half hour for a fast food restaurant i dont get it and the chicken always is soaked in oil my bucket broke open at the bottom cause of so much oil 😡

  Tried the new pickle fries at KFC and wow…what a joke. They looked NOTHING like the pictures—more like soggy, sad little strips that someone dropped on the floor and reheated. Zero crunch, zero flavor, and absolutely no resemblance to anything remotely appetizing. Total waste of money. KFC, if you’re going to advertise something, at least make it look half as good as the photos. These were a complete disaster.

  DO NOT GO TO CAMBRIDGE KFC !!!!! Extreamly rude staff ..Manager was very very unprofessional. We placed online order went to pick up after 25 mins they said order is not ready and will take another 20 mins. We went back after 20 mins... first she said we have not received the order, then she checked and said it will take another 15 mins. Extreamly rude and unprofessional staff. Asked for the refund but they said they will send it to head office for processing. I asked the Managers name she refuse to provide the name *we cannot provide name* Another lady was their who was also extreamly rude. ****0 stars if we could give
