  Slow service, most staff seem to be uncoordinated or under trained, lack of communication skills with one among staff leading to multiple mistakes. We ordered 2 popcorn poutines just for us to get home and they forgot to add popcorn chicken then for us the return for them to be OUT of fries! Is what it is but wont be returning foods not worth the hassle.

  This KFC location never disappoints. My order was ready quickly, and everything was cooked perfectly …crispy chicken, fresh fries, and tasty gravy. The staff greeted me with a smile and made sure I got exactly what I ordered. Great food and great service!

  Very disappointing experience at KFC, 670 Dundas St, Woodstock, Ontario. I ordered through DoorDash at 12:15 a.m. and waited almost an hour. When I called the restaurant around 1:00 a.m. to check on my order, the manager was completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting, he told me to call DoorDash myself or come to the restaurant to pick it up. If DoorDash didn’t arrive, the restaurant should have taken some responsibility to make sure the food was delivered, especially since I had already paid for delivery and service fees. It’s only about a 3 minute drive, and asking a customer to pick up their own food after paying for delivery is unacceptable. DoorDash later canceled my order and said I’d get a refund within three days, but that didn’t help. I ended up going to sleep hungry and disappointed. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope KFC Canada reviews how customers are being treated at this location

  We got our food after waiting 15 minutes and they messed up the chicken and forgot our French fries… ok Wtv but when we sent it back and asked for the right stuff we got our French fries but they messed up our chicken again. They are unorganized, uncleanly and I don’t recommend… go to Popeyes or Mary Browns

  Since the KFC in Woodstock has gone under New Management and they reopened after the renovations, things have been nowhere near as good as they used to be. The food has gone downhill, especially the gravy. Every time we go to KFC they water the gravy down the gravy and the chicken is the selling points of KFC watering it down is how you're going to lose. A lot of business service is bad. It's a little better in the Drive-Thru. The atmosphere is horrible. Every time I walk in there I get the feeling that I'm not welcome. It's really sad cuz that KFC was great and then they've ruined it. Only reason I go there is cuz it's the only KFC within a half hour drive and I live in Woodstock
