  great atmosphere and friendly staff. it was such a pleasure to be in the store and great managers. i had eunice and beverly take my orders on consecutive times and they never failed to put a smile on my face! They ensured my orders were correct and i really am appreciative of the work they put into their jobs.

  Nice eating place with good tasting food and friendly shift manager like eunice , who was customer service oriented and made us feel like very important customers. The place itself had an appealing ambience , clean and feels like home.

  Food was really good and super satisfying — we definitely left full and happy. Service was also great, thanks to Eunice who was very friendly and attentive. it was a really nice experience. 🫶🏼

  I would love to know how people get good service here. While the staff are friendly enough, I can’t remember a time when we didn’t have to wait (even for chicken we were told was ready to go), got our order correct, or had chicken ready to go. Today was no exception - did not have thighs. Unless we wanted a 30 minute wait. Decided to take whatever they had, but are still waiting. But no offer of extra pieces to make up for only smaller pieces being available. It’s disappointing.

  KFC Steinbach never disappoints! Their chicken is always crispy, juicy, and super tasty. And the gravy? So good and I could literally eat it with anything. Definitely one of my fave comfort food spots here! Special thanks to Ms. Jasmine! I can see that you’re dedicated to your work, and you bring smiles to the people you serve. ❤️
