I had a frustrating experience at the kiosk where I ordered 6 pieces of chicken. I specifically requested staff member all drumsticks but when I followed up with a staff member, they said they didn't have any drumsticks and would give me what they had instead. When I asked for a refund, the cashier claimed it wasn't possible since I placed the order through the kiosk, which didn't make sense to me. Another staff member even tried to blame me for not placing the order correctly, and they spoke to each other in their native language,
It's unfortunate that the owner has such an underperforming team. They don't seem to deserve to represent a franchise, especially when there are many capable individuals looking for work in Kitchener.
Very disappointing experience. The place was complete chaos — people were waiting for over an hour just to get their food. It seemed like they were short-staffed or poorly managed because every order was taking forever. Everyone was frustrated, waiting for their meals. To make things worse, they were literally counting out the chicken pieces, especially the leg pieces, before handing them out. Definitely not what you expect from a fast food chain.

Picked up a $72 family dinner last week. Got home and the macaroni salad was missing plus an order of onion rings
Staff dont update the order tracker, so don't rely on this. Chicken was soggy, fries were cold. Tried to call the restaurant to report missing food, no answer. Emailed head office who said I would be reimbursed, but have seen nothing yet, and no reply to my follow up emails.
I have also seen the staff eating French fries from peoples orders while waiting in the drive thru. Only reason I go back is because the boyfriend loves KFC, but will now go to Mary Browns instead
I used to be their regular customers but their quality was degrading day by day, this was before the renovation. So today I choose to give them a try after renovation, but again it all the same thing, I ordered on Uber and they sent me different burgers moreover the burger were pale, reheated along with fries and chicken popcorns. If this continues I don’t think this business will survive any longer.

The worst KFC experience ever. Completely untrained and unprofessional staff who have absolutely no idea about their own menu. It’s shocking how a fast food restaurant can take 45 minutes to prepare a simple order. Even after the so-called renovation and change of ownership, this location has only gone from bad to worse.
Pathetic management, zero efficiency, and no respect for customers’ time. This place seriously needs a complete staff overhaul or it’ll keep driving people away. Avoid this branch at all costs.
