Still delicious but the portions are enough to fill a toddler not an adult.
The store provided excellent service, and I personally had a smooth, positive experience. I don’t really understand why some people complain, because everything from the staff’s behavior to the overall process was handled really well.

Major failure on KFC for having an online ordering system and specific pickup times and not even bothering to start the order cooking/prep before I show up. No excuse or apology provided, simply had to wait. Bonus since they missed one of the items ordered. Why bother putting in an advanced order? I would avoid this location if possible.

Ordered through the KFC app — my order was missing a large popcorn chicken and I was given Diet Pepsi instead of regular (I’m allergic to aspartame). When I called, they refused to deliver the missing items (saying they don’t have a delivery service) or give a proper refund (saying they don’t do refunds, store credit only). After escalating my request, I was being promised a refund in 5–7 days. When those 5-7 days passed, I was later told they “don’t do refunds” and only offered partial credit if I came into the store.
I went in person, waited 20+ minutes, and was still only offered a discount on a future order. Terrible customer service — no accountability, no full refund, and no care for customer safety or satisfaction. Will never ever support kfc again.

KFC has been my comfort zone and been tried even other countries BUT this the only first time that disappoints me. We have waited for 20 mins in our order eventhough we’re the onlycustomers in the dine-in. The quality of the food and serving are terrible. You can count how many fries on it and the chicken are very small. For sure, never ever again!
