  The pickle menu.. honestly, pretty delicious. Spicy Sandwich wasn't at all spicy but it was still pretty good. Realizing you didn't get any napkins in the drive thru... a little disappointing. Realizing you also didn't get a fork so now you have to suck the coleslaw out of the little container like a jello shot from back in the day...... Priceless.

  Ever called a place while In their parking lot to have no body answer the phone? try doing this when it's dead and you walk in after to see 4staff chatting.

  If I could rate zero stars I would. Tried it despite seeing people getting sick here. Ate here and was violently ill less then 40 minutes later. Nothing else consumed except this garbage. STAY CLEAR, they will undercook your food and make you ill.

  Unprofessional staff, went to drive through, no greetings, no conformation about the order, I'm not even kidding, not a single word. Customer service is a joke lol

  This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a KFC. I arrived to pick up a mobile order and waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When a staff member finally appeared, he didn’t greet me or say a word. I informed him I had a mobile order and gave my name, but he walked away silently without any confirmation. I assumed he may not have heard me, so I continued to wait. About five minutes later, he returned, crumpling the bag in his hands, and tossed it towards me without a single word. I understand that working in fast food can be challenging, but that doesn’t excuse treating customers with such disregard — especially when all I did was politely mention I was there for a pickup.
