We placed an order online. Our order was not ready when we got there. Plastic got the order wrong other people were complaining as well not just myself. This is a good location, but they don't know how to get things in order. They said they don't have any spicy chicken they ran out this like three times. I've gone there before in the past and they always running out of spicy chicken. This is KFC. You have to have things ready for people. They're not buying groceries. They're buying chicken. Chicken should be Rea.
The background is lost. I'm standing waiting. They are talking in the back and no one is helping me. They see me standing there and they look at me. They turn away and they don't help me. I have to say I need some help here. Why don't you get my order they have me just standing there like a loss puppy..
As far as I can see, this is terrible service they should close his KFC down if they don't know how to serve the public properly. It's very simple you pay your money you get your food and you leave simple as that how hard can it be but the people that don't care they don't seem to wanna care and they don't pay attention or listen to people when the because they don't understand what you're trying to tell them if you tell them, they're not the head and they say something else this staff needs to understand comprehend and understand English that's the biggest problem there higher people who have issue and understanding other clients when they're talking

I had a great experience at KFC today. The employee Ram gave us excellent service — he was very humble, polite, and made sure we received fresh food. His positive attitude really made our visit enjoyable. I think KFC should recognize and promote him for his hard work and dedication.

Tell me why I went to this KFC for Lunch. I got there and ordered at 12:20, why did it take them 45 minutes to finally give me my order. That’s not it, my food was also lukewarm and stale. They didn’t cook my god damn chicken properly. And they had the audacity to say I tried to steal my own food, I showed them proof of me buying it and they still say my receipt was fake and I was lying.
