    Went in at 8pm. Asked for all white meat and was told it wasn't possible because it was too busy. We walked in with 2 other people. Noone else in the store (until the line built up after waiting). Noone in the drive thru. Waited for more than 5 minutes for her to even take our order because she was doing something with online orders. Left without getting anything. Unlikely to go back.

    After standing there for a while I got to order and the food was horrible. My fries supreme was fries mediocre and everything else was pure garbage. What happened to this place?

    This store is absolutely terrible, simply outrageous. There was a female staff member with an extremely disrespectful attitude, responding to my order impatiently. When I asked for her name, she actually said, ‘I don’t have a name.’ At that moment, the manager came over and continued to respond to my complaint with a mocking attitude. Not only did they not address it properly, but they also said my complaint was ‘funny.’ Yes, you heard that right—the manager on duty actually said my complaint was ‘funny’ and then said, ‘If you have a problem, just go complain on the official website. I’m the manager, my name is Basil, and we don’t care!’ My goodness, is this what KFC is like now? Not only do they disrespect customers, but they also mock their complaints! This is, without a doubt, the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I felt disrespected in this KFC. I will absolutely never go back. So disappointed, extremely disappointed!

    Beyond a disaster of a restaurant, there were so many flys around and the smell in there was incredibly bad , someone needs to call the food inspectors

    used to come here a lot but the last two times they have started only filling one drive thru order at a time. Meaning we waited 20 min for the people in front of us to have their food cooked before they would even take ours then wanted us to wait an additional 20min after. We explained that at this point we were just going to leave. The guy cursed at us and slammed the window. 3 weeks later same deal waiting for people in front to have theirs delivered before taking our order at all. Called the manager confirmed they were not understaffed or backed up. She was zero help beyond that and seemed to think it was funny that they were operating like this. Go to the sydney location they are fast and respectful.
