  I really had a very bad experience with this place. I know it's a franchise, but they should be careful with what they sell because they're destroying the KFC brand. 1. When I ordered my 10-piece chicken, the menu shows two options, but when you place the order, they only give you one option because it's the one they have made. 2. The 10-piece chicken order comes with three sides, from which you can choose: onions, fries, salad, or mashed potatoes. When you get your order, they don't give you what you ordered, and by not doing what you asked for, they give you the wrong order. 3. The chicken wasn't tasty; it's full of oil they use for frying, which is obviously too old, or their ovens are never cleaned. Also, the breading on some pieces of chicken tasted like raw flour. In conclusion, it's a lot to say about a place like this when you have a bad experience, and despite the fact that this place was recently remodeled, their sales team continues to do things wrong.

  If I could leave none I would. I dont enjoy making bad reviews, but to try to save you hours of your life in line only to drive away with either gross old food or nothing at all b/c they couldnt get your order right so you ask for a refund, I wouldn't go. Service is awful, chicken has been gray and staff arent trained properly. It looks nice outside but its a mess. A&W is next door and we always end up there. Its a great A&W.

  Finally downloaded the app yesterday to see the deals and promos it had and got the first bucket on them deal. I had a confusion as it said not available and I didn’t quite understand why but I made a phone call and they helped tremendously. On top of that an amazing young lady named kulwinda helped myself and my mother through the confusion. She has always been really good to us and she always has service with a smile. I really like it how it feels like she’s apart of our family whenever we see her. All in all kulwinda is my main reason I still go to this location thank you for being awesome.

  I think a store like this should be closed to have such little effort to make a product like this is absolutely disgusting if you do not want fresh food come on in but myself when you can't follow simple instructions lie to your customers what is going on get with the program the store needs to be accountable for their actions I will be contacting head office very disappointed

  Awful experience! I ordered three pieces of chicken first of all forced to have the original recipe as they don’t have the spicy one. Out of the three pieces of chicken two wings! And old fried like could be from a day ago. The one piece tender was extremely dry and salty. I will never use this location again. I want to make sure this encounter reached to the owner and workers in this awful place. Shame on KFC!
