7up tasted like mold. No one there speaks English fluently. Horrible service and got my order wrong. Will not be coming back and recommend others to do the same until management changes as this is a reoccurring issue with other people.

We had a wonderful experience here. I brought a client for lunch, and after we placed our order, my client suddenly asked for popcorn chicken. The owner noticed and kindly brought us a free order. The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. Truly appreciate the hospitality!

Good customer service and the staff is very friendly. They kept checking if I liked the food or if i needed anything else. The manager was very nice and helpful he even opened the door for me when I was leaving with my kids,professional and very friendly. Great experience overall. Thank you

Made an online order through the app for 2 Pickle meals which consists of the sandwich, (upgraded to) pickle fries, pickle chips, popcorn chicken with a dip and a pop. Waited over an hour with no update so I called the store the worker said they were gonna call to see if it was ok to replace the pickle chips with regular fries(not sure why it was taking them so long to call me about the issue). I said it was ok. When the order was finally delivered we were missing both the 2 replacement fries and 2 popcorn chickens (but still sent the dips??). Called the store and the guy was acting like I was lying about the missing items. Said I could come pick up the missing items which makes no sense cause I ordered delivery. Finally he said he would escalate a refund for the missing items (We'll see what happens). Just a terrible experience and I've had multiple issues with this KFC in the past with missing items. At least through the Skip app it's simple to get a refund the official KFC app is basically useless. And the workers at this store need to double check that everything is in the order before sending it off it's that simple.
