  worse kfc i’ve been too. horrible staff. extremely rude to me and my kids. and incredibly slow. do not go there.

  Terrible location. Staff are not friendly or helpful. Will stand and talk to each other while you wait to order. Then leave their microphone on and continue to gossip so you can hear everything they’re saying very loudly. I will never return to this location. Horrible service some of the worst people working here. Foods sub par and too expensive. Only came here for the special pickle meal. And they didn’t give my wife her pickle juice for the pickle Pepsi. And she asked what salad we wanted? There is no salad option for the meal. She meant what side do you want but again, way too difficult of a job, Cuz it’s so difficult to serve people fast food. Oh wait. It isn’t. It’s the lowest base job possible. But when you don’t pay attention to what your customer says and you don’t speak English as a first language this is the service we can expect. Boycott this location, its windows are constantly smashed in because it is in one of the worst neighbourhoods in Edmonton. We stood at the counter and watched and listened to the employees gossip loudly and not pay attention to the fact they actually had a customer. So stood there for a few minutes not being helped. Unreal.

  I ordered the Pickle Sandwich box, and the burger was drier than ever. I was given little to no sauce, I asked for cheese on my burger, and it was not added but I was charged for the slice. I kept repeating my order over to the cashier to make sure it was clear, and still didn’t get what I ordered. I also asked for Pickle Chips and Gravy as my sides in the box and instead got two fries, even though I ordered a separate large fries. Awful experience. Won’t be coming here again!

  Just don't order here after midnight they will make you wait for more than hours then they will tell you to order it online after waiting several hours to place an order in the drive thru smh!!
