Kfc is my go to place for chicken.. I usually order in this location 2-3 times a month. However, today I am really disappointed with my order. I ordered an 8pc bucket of chicken with a coupon. When I came home and tried it they tasted weird. They gave me an old chicken(it's a bit hard and the insides are very dry). I'm not sure if this is because I have a coupon and paid less than the original price but I'm really upset of the quality of the chicken. I don't mind waiting as long as I get good and tasy food. I hope to get a better food the next time I come here.

Back in the day, KFC was kinda good. Today, I paid $11.33 just for a zinger sandwich and it was terrible, something in this fast food just makes you feel weird in the stomach after. The chicken was dry, obviously not fried recently, and the sauce was too greasy and didn’t smell good. I thought to try my luck toast but certainly won’t be returning here anytime soon.

This location is unreasonably slow. This is not a "fast" food place. If you are on any kind of schedule, avoid this place. You can easily wait 20 minutes in the drive through

I am writing to report an incident that occurred at your drive-through on today at drive thru. Today through the drive through I placed an order for a "4 Dark Piece Chicken" meal, which is listed on the menu at $9.99. When the employee at the speaker confirmed my order and asked if I wanted a drink, I understood this to be part of the standard meal inquiry. However, at the end of conversation I was informed the total was $17.99. At the window, I questioned the discrepancy and was firmly told that the $9.99 option did not include fries or a drink. I maintained that, based on the menu, fries were included. After rechecking, the staff confirmed that I was correct and adjusted the price accordingly. While I appreciate that the error was corrected, this situation raises concerns of professionalism. In this process, the staff voices were not raised but remained firm on their defensive stance and the tone utilized gave the impression to dismiss my query were unnecessary and detracted from the resolution. My stance is grounded on the physical menu that is present. Advertising otherwise would give patrons false impression of prices. Please see attached picture.
