  I dont get why so many bad reviews I never had a bad kfc experience from this location ever i love my 11 herbs/spices

  I purchased a four piece meal along with a Big Crunch meal it came with a free six piece chicken. As soon as I took a bite of the chicken it tasted bad. They said it was freshly made, but that doesn't change the fact the chicken tasted bad. I will not be returning to this KFC again. Nasty rotten chicken. I know if something tastes off to me and this chicken surely did. Who wants to eat sour meat? Gross! I emailed them and all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience."

  The place smelled bad and the food was so disgusting my husband gagged. The chicken was soggy as hell. Not worth the "free tenders deal"

  Horrible service did not get what i ordered then why I went in they stated they did not have any. I left the food was awful so I called to speak to the manager twice the phone was picked up by females and when I asked for a manager they hung up the third call a gentleman answered and told him he better not hang up he then stated the manager could not take the phone I guess the manager doesn’t care about customer service or satisfaction. I won’t be back so many better choices in the area like touché, and Mary Browns only went there because it was convenient but I can tell you I will drive out of my way to avoid this dump
