  Very unprofessional non customer supportive behaviour from staff. I asked them to swap my dips but they said they can not do so. I had to pay extra to get desired dippings. Very rude front desk staff!

  The employees are money thirsty; they always make me buy something overpriced. The server was very rude when a chicken chef and I cited that the chicken was disgustingly spoiled and undercooked, and had the audacity to say, "it's juicy," and cursed at us in Filipino which my friends had translated me. me and my friends got food poisoning never coming here again. they also had an illegal food safety and handling documents. when I took a photo, her face turned purple and told me to leave in a desperate voice. avoid this illegal KFC locations at all cost.

  There is a reason why it is called "fastfood", and waiting for two orders of popcorn poutine for almost an hour doesn't fit to that definition

  The food is what you expect from KFC, nothing special, but not bad either, what makes me write this review is the service, specially the trainee behind the counter, Angel, she really was an angel, with a great smile, I witness how she made every customer in the line feel
