  Ordered spicy chicken, they said it’ll take 15 minutes. Guess what? It’s been 34 minutes and i’m still here waiting for that chicken.

  I ordered 2 pcs chicken with gravy and they asked what’s side i would like, i said fries then i changed it into corn and large pepsi. When i checked the box gravy was not there. Just 2 pcs chicken and corn. This happened to me twice already, gravy is always missing. And they dont give us receipt all the time. And they gave us bottled pepsi instead of large fountain one. Just very disappointing every time we buy in this location.

  Place order had to wait 30 minutes for chicken fingers to cook when they told me it would take 8 minutes. Self checkout debit machines don’t work. Only three other people in the store and they were waiting 50 minutes for their meal. Food was good but the service needs to be more prepared, especially for a place that is open 24 hours, there should be very little wait time.

  Waste of time going here. You’ll sit at drive thru for 15 min before anyone notices… or they won’t at all which happened 4 times for me.

  We were told that our food would be ready right away unless we wanted spicy chicken, which would take 25 minutes. We chose the non-spicy option. After waiting 15 minutes, the staff member then told us our order would actually take another 20 minutes. In total, we had to wait over 40 minutes just for a 9-piece chicken meal, even though we had guests at home. We expressed our concern, as this is a recurring issue at this KFC location. They often run out of food, and during our last visit we didn’t even receive our coleslaw. Unfortunately, the customer service here is consistently poor, and the cashiers are rude and unhelpful. There is zero management in this branch.
