Terrible terrible service. We ordered 2 straightforward meals at the kiosk. Getting the food took over 20 mins. To be honest, after 20 mins of waiting I complained at the desk and I don't think they had even started our order. They were prioritizing the drive thru and we had been forgotten. So they then scrambled to do the food. Disgraceful service. Over 20 mins for fast food. Never again.

Me and my boyfriend are very frequent customers of this specific location, We had orders come wrong or with missing items in the past, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, and understood things happen. We placed an order today that we never received, and after calling them about it they said they’d provide a refund and we can just re-order, which we did thinking we we’re receiving money back for the first. After putting in the second order, we had a call back saying the manager had decided we are “blacklisted” for previous complaints and accused us of “scamming them” and would not be getting our money back, food order or can ever order here again. The whole time we had been on the phone we heard employees in the back yelling “they’re lying, they’ve complained before” and other accusations. Probably the worst quality and Service we’ve ever seen. Very disappointing coming from a business we have supported numerous times and not a very professional way of handling this situation.

Whatever preservatives KFC uses, it makes me ill every time I try to eat it. Service is non-existent for lobby orders. You use the kiosk and they call your name while leaving your order on the counter. Has all the atmosphere of a doctor's waiting room. Good for a quick greese fix if you use the drive-though, but that's about it.
