  The cashier was very pleasant at the drive-thru window. My sandwich was fresh and delicious, would come again!

  Zero customer service! The K in KFC now stands for Kiosk because that's what you are forced to order your own food on now. Sign on cash register says please use kiosk or order online. No wonder teenagers can't get a job, these places are turning into self serve. Not to mention the food was cold.
