  Ordered box meals, didn't realize they came with two sides, I couldn't see the sign. I felt bad giving guy a hard time ordering, once I realized I appologized. Then while waiting for our order the cashier, just young guy looks at his co-worker and rolls his eyes after finished taking our order. Was not impressed. Then sitting down eating you could hear the staff yelling and talking garbage that customers shouldn't be hearing. Not impressed with this location.

  So we just spent over $100 on a Family Meal through Uber Eats. The driver's girlfriend in the passenger seat was holding the bag on her lap as they pulled up. There was a rip in the bag large enough to slip a hand thru. Half the fries were missing and the popcorn chicken was open. Our food has clearly been tampered with. We called KFC Sackville and they wouldn't pass our call over to the manager and said there was nothing they could do about it. Sucks to be us I guess. Would you eat this?

  We had an unfortunate issue with the app in which it didn't specify the chicken tenders option to the kitchen staff (even though it had given the option between original recipe and chicken tenders on the meal deal on the app). The staff were incredibly helpful at reaching out to corporate to see what could be done and it was fully resolved within about 15 minutes. We ended up with a new bucket of the correct chicken being made for us, and we even got to keep the bucket of original recipe 😋 I may not eat KFC again for a bit due to eating it for days due to the surplus of chicken we had, but it was super tasty! This location actually has a few tabletop games available to play while you eat or wait for your order, it gets great lighting and the staff are always super nice.

  Tuesday April 29th I ordered a bucket of 10 pieces of chicken . The chicken barely had any batter on it and bland. The whole bucket was this way.
